There is nothing in that which affects your rights as a consumer; you are agreed to receive emails on your registration and orders placement and processes from TohfaXpress.com

Delivering Orders within Pakistan
TohfaXpress.com is online gift shop Pakistan which goal is to delivery unique and quality gift items to every town of Pakistan; we do not delivery any item outside Pakistan yet. Website displays different items which are being delivered to different cities of Pakistan. We avoid delivering gift items in some place or cities areas either far from the main city or there we may find any chance of violence. Therefore, you are bounded to compliance with local law of Pakistan.

Description of Product
TohfaXpress.com has made every effort to ensure that display gift items colors, style and specifications on the website are accurate. The colors of the product are much dependent on the resolution of your monitor, we couldn’t guarantee if it reflects accurately the color of the ordered item. Dimensions of the products may vary from time to time. We always take reasonable care to ensure that specifications, prices and all related details are accurate and free from error during the time of uploading the product, these gift items may slightly vary from displayed items. We always make sure that we have quantities available for the displayed products. Some of the items are available during particular seasons such as seasonal flowers.

Availability & Substitution
Your order is subject to availability of the item(s), if certain item you ordered is not available for any reason, you or order recipient will be contacted by using contact details that you have provided while placing your order.
we would have following options in case of availability or substitution:

TohfaXpress would offer you an alternative item of similar category with equal quality and price if possible; or

If you or your recipient is not agreed will cancel the order, refund and pay you back a certain amount.

In case we are unable to contact you or recipient; got no response or provided contact details are invalid, we would process the order.

If we have something missing from your order, we would process available item/components and refund the remaining.

Orders deliveries during regional disasters or crises are always subject to availability; substitute item(s) would be delivered if actual item is not available.

In case, our delivery person reach to the provided delivery address and found it invalid or recipient does not respond us or does not accept the order; we would count this order as delivered and no refund would be claimed by the sender.

Your Account

We provide you access to register your account with tohfaxpress.com; you should have to register your account in order to place an order online, can also process your order as guest user. You are responsible for taking care of your account confidentiality, account’s user name and password, prevent it from unauthorized access. You are responsible for the activities being made under your account. Please ensure that all the provided information is accurate and complete; Contact us if you any change in that information. Further, you have access to update your information via ‘My Account’ section of the web store.
TohfaXpress.com reserve the rights to block users access to its website, could terminate a account, edit its content, or cancel a order at any time if action required necessary.

Communication Privacy

Once you register your account on tohfaxpress.com, we send you a confirmation on your email address.
We communicate several times during purchase process.
One email is send once an order is made; order confirmation email is send via your email which summarizes the details of your order.
You may receive another email when your order is shipped and a final communication is made once your order is successfully delivered to your recipient.

Currencies & Prices

Tohfaxpress.com provides you facility to use multi currencies on the website. You may use any currency to purchase gift items. Payments in some currencies may not be accepted by third parties; in this case, you may use standard currency such as US$ etc.
If you already have added gift items in your shopping cart and change website currency, your shopping cart will refresh here and becomes empty; you may need to add these items once again to your cart.
All prices are shown on the website, a discount tag would show if any discount is applied. Prices include taxes and tohfaxpress.com usually do not charge for shipment, items are delivered free of charge. All prices on the website are correct and if any error may occur on the items you have ordered, we would contact you immediately. You would have option either to accept this order’s correct price or have an option to cancel it. In case, we are unable to contact you, we would treat this order as cancelled on the basis of incorrect order price.

Payments

TohfaXpress.com accepts following payments:
Credit Cards, PayPal, Cash on Delivery, 2CO & Western Union. At the moment, company does not accept cheques. Tohfaxpress.com accepts all major cards such as Mastercard, Discover, Visa , American Express etc. Upon placing your order online, our software system automatically get authorization from your card issuer against placed order amount.
Do not send your payment information via email; read more on security and payment in our Privacy Statement page. We would not be responsible for any lose you may face in the result of unauthorized access to your data.

Delivery Time

TohfaXpress keeps several delivery models, one is same day delivery which is only accept if order is made before a specific time and for specigic cities; other options are next day, 2 days and 4 days after deliveries.

Same Day Delivery

We accept same day deliveries as well, you must place order before 12pm (GST) in order to avail this opportunity. Even same day delivery for few cities is free of charge, it usually charged more compared to next day deliveries. Same day delivery changes and related details can be viewed on delivery cities list.

Next Day Delivery

TohfaXpress delivery team works 7 days of a week and work from 8pm to 6pm local time. !
You should make an order a day before in order to avail this option. Your order would be delivery during working hours on asked date. In case, if you required to delivery your order on a specific time slot, please mention in delivery instruction section.

Change of Delivery Date
It is possible to change your order delivery date but you must inform us at least 24 hours before the delivery. You may send request via customerservice@tohfaxpress.com email, make sure to include order reference in it. You may also call to our customer service agent to change order date, chat option is also available for you to update order date. If your order is not dispatched yet we would manage to send it on new date without charging you extra!

Cancellations of Order
In case you wish to cancel your order, you should contact our customer service online or contact us via email. We usually process order immediately after confirmation that may make it hard for us to stop an order from being processed. Once order is dispatched you would lose the chance to cancel it.

You can still return your order or replace it with new item. Upon returning item, shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund

We would refund the amount of your order for the following case:

Items we delivered are Wrong items, Damaged upon delivery, Defective or incorrect; Substitute items of equal value could be delivered if actual ordered items were unable to supply.
You can either keep them or return them to incur your money, if you wish to return them, you should bear shipment cost. Until we receive them back, you are responsible to take care of them and safety.

Delivering Perishable Items
Refund terms for perishable items vary from normal items.
Substitute items from similar category, of equal value could be delivered; if the ordered items are not available in the market because of seasonal or regional availability. Items shape, color, flavor and presentation may vary from the product images on tohfaxpress.com website. Perishable items cannot be reused therefore no refund is applicable in this case.
A refund is applied in the following cases, If perishable Items we delivered are Damaged upon delivery, or Defective or Incorrect; up-to 50% refund is possible in the above cases.
Perishable Items include all type of flowers, gourmet items, dates, fruit, chocolate and cake etc.
Shipment charges would not be refunded in any case.

Order Replacement

You can get replacement of an order only in case if we at TohfaXpress.com had sent you a wrong item. Please contact our customer service immediately to finalize process. You would send us the wrong item at your end once we pick back incorrect item(s) would replace with a new item of equal value. You would be receiving your correct ordered item very soon!

TohfaXpress Terms and Conditions Alteration
Company reserves the right to make changes to its terms & conditions at any time, further if you are registered with us, we may notify you on the change of any changes in company's Terms and Conditions; these statements are applied to you at the time you use our website or place order on it.
